Dragon Boat Festivals

             

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant holiday celebrated in China, and the one with the longest history. The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated by boat races in the shape of dragons. The Boat has a long size and make in a different design  dragon to make creature.
 Dragon boat racing and the ancient Olympiad included aspects of religious observances and community celebrations along with competition. Competing teams row their boats forward to a drumbeat racing to reach the finish end first.
 One team member sits at the front of the boat beating a drum in order to maintain morale and ensure that the rowers keep in time with one another. It is giving an more exercise to help their body builders and to being happy life in their country.

Philippine Festivals


With more than one hundred festivals in the Philippines, Dinagyang festival is the most famous because of it's excellence in folk choreography and a perfect showcase of Ilonggo's culture and heritage. Mainly, the festival is a thanksgiving and a celebration in honor of Sr. Santo NiƱo. it is celebrated every fourth week of January. People from different places all over the world go to the Philippines during the festival to winess the colorful, loud-drumbeat and street party in Iloilo City!
 Dinagyang is an annual event, when the whole town rejoices, shouting their pride of being an Ilonggo telling their culture. It is not just a celebration, it is a religious evangelization. A religious cultural activity, it is a celebration of Ilonggos whose body painted with a black  and wear colorful costumes.This is indeed one of the grandest and most anticipated festivals in the country.
